We collect only what we need to arrange your stay.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, country, travel dates, guests and any notes you give us. Card payments are handled by Stripe – we never see or store your card number.
Why
To confirm and manage your booking, share necessary details with the lodge and guides who will host you, send booking emails and answer your questions.
Sharing
We share your name, dates and requests with the partner lodge and guides for your booking only. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for accounting for up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.
